After a series of a pop ups in Sydney, the appetite for Belle’s Hot Chicken was insatiable. Belles launched a nine month residency in the site where the Barangaroo dining precinct was being built. Within days of the word getting out, hundreds of people were queuing for their fiery fix. Needing a permanent home, a permanent store was built at Barangaroo to feed the hungry hoards in September 2016.
