Welkom bij Bistro Briers & Huize Briers Bilzen. Wat begon met een bakkerij in de jaren 60, door onze ouders in Luik, is vandaag de dag uitgegroeid tot 2 bedrijven. Aan de ene kant onze bakkerij gestuurd door Nathalie Briers. En aan de andere zijde onze bistro en B&B, gestuurd door Peter Briers en zijn echtgenoot Tom. In onze bistro kan men steeds terecht voor een ontbijt, lunch, high tea, koffie met gebak, pannenkoeken, wafels of een lekker diner 's avonds.
