Restaurant Mortens Kro og Boutique hotel er en barnedrøm som startede i mine forældres dagligstue for godt 47 år siden hvor jeg inviterede naboer og familie på Mortens kro aftner i min forældres dagligstue. I 1997 åbnede Mortens kro som en rigtig restaurant i Aalborg centrum efter jeg i 1996 vandt titel Årets kok. Siden 2019 også Boutique hotel med individuelt indrettede store luksus luksus suiter med bla. privat spa og fitness.
