Η «Κάνουλα», δεν έχει τυχαία το όνομά της, τον προηγούμενο αιώνα ο χώρος υπήρξε όντως κανουλάδικο. Η Στέλλα μένει στη γειτονιά και έβλεπε το μικρό μαγαζάκι με τα ρετρό του φώτα στην είσοδο. Σκέψη στη σκέψη τo 2000 άνοιξε η Στέλλα με την Αγάπη την «Κάνουλα». Με επιρροές, από την Ανατολή. Όταν κληρονόμησα τη γιαγιά μου, κληρονόμησα και τις συνταγές της. Και πολλές χρησιμοποιώ έως σήμερα. Αλλά είχα και πολλά ερεθίσματα από το σπίτι μου.
