Italian Connection is a family run restaurant, founded on 38 Parliament St in 1990. Established by the Cardillo family originally from the town of Cervaro, Frosinone in Southern Italy. Carlo Cardillo relocated to Ireland in 1974, and has sought to connect with the fare of his homeland by sharing it to others. Meeting Berna Cardillo in 1984, they began their own family and together created this space.
