Tutto nasce all’età di 13 anni, ben 56 anni fa… imparare un mestiere non è facile, ma con la costanza e la passione siamo arrivati fino adesso. La nostra è una cucina tipica italiana, saporita, i prodotti vengono acquistati giornalmente e vengono preparate ottime pietanze. Da noi trovate sia la tradizione, con le crespelle alla valdostana, la bistecca con la fontina e il prosciutto di saint-oyen (ovviamente molto altro…) sia deliziosi primi come gli “spaghettoni al cartoccio” e i secondi piatti.

C’era una volta l’antico mercato delle granaglie, ad Aosta. Nella piazza davanti al nostro ristorante, tutte le settimane uomini e donne si riunivano per vendere e acquistare cereali. Da qui, nasce il nome “La Grenette”, piccolo seme; in effetti, ogni cosa nel nostro ristorante rimanda alla tradizione, dagli antichi attrezzi agricoli appesi alle pareti, al menu che reinterpreta le ricette tipiche della cucina italiana.
