Tutto nasce all’età di 13 anni, ben 56 anni fa… imparare un mestiere non è facile, ma con la costanza e la passione siamo arrivati fino adesso. La nostra è una cucina tipica italiana, saporita, i prodotti vengono acquistati giornalmente e vengono preparate ottime pietanze. Da noi trovate sia la tradizione, con le crespelle alla valdostana, la bistecca con la fontina e il prosciutto di saint-oyen (ovviamente molto altro…) sia deliziosi primi come gli “spaghettoni al cartoccio” e i secondi piatti.
