Il ristorante La Cambusa apre nel 1995 dall’esperienza nella pesca dei due fratelli Vincenzo e Giuseppe Ciaravino (entrambi pescatori e figli di pescatore) che inizialmente danno vita ad una “panineria/pizzeria” a circa quindici metri dal mare e solo in seguito, nel 1997, diverrà a tutti gli effetti un ristorante a base di pesce con un ottimo panorama sul golfo di Castellammare.
