焼鳥界の巨匠・池川氏率いる目黒の一つ星焼鳥店「鳥しき」にて6年間修業した小美野正良氏が、2017年3月に旗を揚げた『焼鳥 おみ乃』である。
焼鳥に使用する鶏肉は、契約養鶏場の「伊達鶏」。丸鶏のまま仕入れて店で捌くので、ひざまわりの肉などの希少部位まで愉しむことができる。なかでも、レバーやなどの内臓が秀逸。限定串は早めになくなってしまうことも多いので、ご予約時にご相談いただきたい。おまかせコースでは、備長炭で一本一本丁寧に焼き上げる串をメインに、一品料理も織り込んで提供される。突き出しのお新香と大根おろしは、口直しだけでなく、脂身の多いボンジリなどをくぐらせて食すのもまた、粋な味わい方である。コースの最後に追加オーダーできる「親子丼」は、鶏肉は伊達鶏、卵は青森県産の「こだわり白玉子」を見事に使い分けた、濃厚でうま味のある必食の一品である。
店内はカウンター15席のみ。備長炭で串を焼く際に、煙の起きない工夫が凝らされているので、女性同士やデートでも匂いを気にすることなく気軽に利用できる。東京スカイツリーや浅草など、東京を代表する観光地に根づく『焼鳥 おみ乃』に、ぜひ足を運んでいた...
