小倉魚町銀天街で小倉焼きうどんが人気のお店です。2002年10月14日に行われた小倉焼うどんVS富士の宮やきそばのイベント『天下分け麺の戦い』にて使用したバトルソースを使った小倉発祥焼うどんを提供させていただいております。その他にも北九州名産の若松潮風キャベツ、小倉地酒無法松をふりかけるなど伝統的な小倉焼うどんをご提供させていただいております。 もちろんお好み焼きも大人気！本場大阪にも負けない出汁を利かせた生地で焼き上げる、もちっとカリッとジューシーな仕上がりになってます。地元食材にこだわり期間限定の豊前海一粒かきのお好み焼きや関門海峡たこのタコポン酢や鉄板焼きもおすすめです。 お店は2020年12月23日に現在のクロスロード魚町1階に移転しました。 旧地下店舗より一枚板のカウンターや入口の扉、2mの銅板リレーフフカフカのソファー席、鉄板テーブルなども移設してこだわりの地下店舗の装飾も引き継いでおります。 リニューアルしたお好み焼きいしんをこれからもよろしくお願いいたします。
