2025年4月11日～5月2日「春の六義園～大名庭園でつつじを楽しむ～」 江戸園芸ツツジとゆかりの深い六義園で、開花の時期に合わせてツツジに親しむイベントを開催します。 詳細：https://www.tokyo-park.or.jp/park/rikugien/news/2025/park_info_29.html 小石川後楽園と並ぶ、江戸の二大庭園の1つ。五代将軍・綱吉の側用人、柳澤吉保がこの地を賜り、美しく造成した庭園を持つ下屋敷を造りました。園名は『詩経』の六義から名づけられました。桂離宮の庭園の様式を採用した回遊式築山泉水庭園で、特別名勝に指定されています。 Along with Koishikawa Korakuen, this is one of the two great Edo gardens.

The primary lord Yorifusa started to build it, and the second lord Mitsukuni completed the construction.
