使用しているお米は新潟県妙高市の農家直送の100%の『矢代産コシヒカリ』です。米本来のしっかりとした美味しさが魅力のお米でカレーに合うように炊き上げています。
そのお米を美味しく食べていただくカレーは食べる漢方薬ともいわれる体に良いスパイスをふんだんに使った『薬膳カレー』
