In 2013 bouwden we onze eerste brouwerij in een voormalig klooster in De Pijp. We startten met 3 soorten bier die je in de aanliggende pub kon drinken. De jaarcapaciteit was 100.000 liter en dat werd allemaal ter plekke opgedronken. In 2015 vergrootte we de productie capaciteit met een nieuwe brouwerij op het Westergasterrein. Momenteel is Brouwerij Troost De Pijp de plek waar we experimenteren, nieuwe bieren ontwikkelen en de bieren met kleine oplages produceren.
