Dat is niet het enige Italiaans wat je hoort die avond, de eigenaar Michele Papagni is vrijwel de enige die vloeiend Nederlands spreekt. Alle medewerkers spreken voornamelijk Italiaans en dat creëert een échte Italiaanse sfeer. Er zijn in Nederland zoveel pizzeria’s, maar helaas weinig met échte goede Italiaanse pizza’s.
