Welkom bij restaurant De Enkhuizer Visafslag – de culinaire hotspot van Enkhuizen. Historische setting Het gebouw heeft vanaf begin vorige eeuw tot 1993 als visafslag gediend. Vis werd voor de deur binnengehaald en vervolgens geveild tussen de dorpelingen. In ons interieur zijn nog enige authentieke elementen van deze tijd terugvinden. Sinds 2016 is dit nu een visrestaurant met aan het fornuis chef Lajos. Hij is gespecialiseerd in zee-en zoetwatervis zowel inheems als uitheems.
