Los Tacos is an American Mexican fast casual restaurant concept that was founded by Brian Kovary back in 2015. The idea came up in 2012 when he visited Norway and worked in Bergen for a little over a year. He was surprised to find out how Norway loved tacos, but there wasn't any restaurants selling them. He went back home to San Diego, California and started to do research in his local taco shops to come up with the best plan for Norway. January 15th, 2015 the first Los Tacos opened in Bergen.
