Seit 2003 hat sich «Cucina Arte» mit dem beliebten Selbstbedienungs-Ristorante in der alten Ascom- und heutigen Ypsomed-Kantine und einem einzigartigen Catering-Service weit über Solothurn hinaus einen Namen gemacht. Heute wird der Betrieb, zu dem auch Seminar- und Konferenzräume für 20 bis 250 Leute und neuerdings eine Lounge gehören, von Mitgründer Markus Dominkovits und seinem Sohn Giorgio – also uns – geführt.
