Morrab Gardens is most popular around 2 PM on Saturdays. Visitors usually stay up to 1,5 hours here.

These beautiful sub-tropical public gardens, just off Penzance town centre, were created in 1889, when Penzance Borough purchased Morrab House and the land around it. Morrab Gardens’ extensive collection of sub-tropical plants has been accumulated over many years. In the 1880s, unlike today there were no nurseries selling exotic plants, the original planting was the result of gifts from local estates.
