The Olive Tree restaurant are located by the Cliffs Pavilion theatre , close to the seafront and Westcliff on sea train station. We can seat up to 60 people in our licensed restaurant, we have got two separate door entry’s one for seating one for takeaway area , we are open 7 days a week if there’s show at cliff Pavilion theatre otherwise we are closed on Mondays

The Jolly Roger Cafe has been running for over 40 years! After working here for 20+ years, Christine is the new owner of the Cafe. There is something here for everyone. From all day breakfasts to fresh cod, homemade dishes, steaks and kids meals. All with a beautiful view of the sea and you can bring your own wine with no corkage charge! You can also park opposite for free (for 2 hours) or in the paid parking down the road. Accessible toilets are also available. We are dog friendly too!
