The Olive Tree restaurant are located by the Cliffs Pavilion theatre , close to the seafront and Westcliff on sea train station. We can seat up to 60 people in our licensed restaurant, we have got two separate door entry’s one for seating one for takeaway area , we are open 7 days a week if there’s show at cliff Pavilion theatre otherwise we are closed on Mondays

Saffron Lounge Restaurant is a modern contemporary Indian restaurant tucked away in the heart of Southend, close to the seafront. Saffron Lounge is known for its excellent food, offering you your traditional favourites in additional to our specially created healthy option menu. Based at the top end of Hamlet Court Road Saffron Lounge are tucked away under the bridge. They have plenty of parking around the restaurant and located right in between the Cliffs Pavilion and Palace Theatre.
