Momofuku Noodle Bar East Village will officially reopen its doors on Thursday, July 14. We’ve spent the past few months renovating our kitchen and making structural upgrades in the dining room to ensure we have another 15+ years of slinging buns & noodles in our beloved East Village home.
As usual, reservations will be available on Resy and we’ll set aside a few tables for walk-ins every night. As we ease into service, we’ll open our doors for dinner 5 days a week, Thursday through Monday.
