We would like to welcome you to our Restaurant located in Historic Downtown Bryan in a building dating back to the 1880s, a time when settlers from Germany and all over the world began making their homes in Bryan. For more than 3 years we restored this building to its former glory. Great craftsmanship was required to build a replica of a real 1800s pine ceiling as was used commonly throughout Germany and Austria at the time.
