We are a multi-regional Spanish-inspired tapas restaurant located on Upper King Street in the Elliotborough of downtown Charleston. We opened our doors at the start of 2011, and have had the privilege of seeing our little neighborhood change and grow. It’s been an honor to help shape it at the side of some of our favorite Charleston bars and eateries. Barsa is the third venture from Drazen Romic after his daughter’s namesake, Lana, on Cannon Street and Cafe Lana on Cumberland Street.
