An incubator for some of the world’s top bar talents, the cocktail program is led by Head Mixologist and Partner, Toby Maloney. Featuring a seasonally rotating cocktail list, The Violet Hour is located in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. The unmarked façade of the bar displays an ever-changing mural with a singular light bulb designating its entrance.
