In 1991 in downtown Frederick, MD it started with a pretzel. Soft, warm, covered with butter and sprinkled with salt. The perfect snack. After that, pretzel calzones stuffed with cheese, fresh produce and premium meats. Then we introduced pretzel pizza (and we haven't been able to find it anywhere else). Pretzel sandwiches and pretzel wrapped hot dogs swiftly followed with creative toppings and new ingredients.
