The Paindiris family, formerly of the Concord Luncheonette, has been serving the West Hartford, CT area since the 1960’s. Effie’s Place Family Restaurant was established at the 91 Park Road, West Hartford, CT location in October of 1990 by Charles and Effie Paindiris. In 1993, upon graduation from Johnson and Wales University, their son John joined the family business and currently manages the restaurant.
