Los Angeles State Historic Park is a 32-acre California State Park within the Chinatown neighborhood of Los Angeles that offers views of downtown and creative and innovative public events. The park is open from 8am to sunset, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The Ahmanson Theatre opened in 1967, three years after the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, with a state-of-the-art configuration to provide variable seating capacity and accommodating a diverse selection of performances, from the intimate to the spectacular.
