Randy Sprecher established the first craft brewery in Milwaukee, WI since Prohibition. Around 1972, Randy applied to special coursework in fermentation science at UC-Davis. Randy went on to create his own brewery, Sprecher, which included a hand-built gas- fired brew kettle. Our Sprecher soda is still made by fire-brewing, with local Wisconsin in- gredients like honey direct from the combs.
