10 years ago, our family came from Mexico City, MX and brought with them a passion for baking bread and pastry for 40 years. They brought recipes that took traditional pan dulce and made them just a bit better. Maybe a lot better! Better ingredients and small adjustments to standard pan dulce recipes made a huge difference to the final product. We love what we do, and you can taste it in every bite.
