This new 5.5-acre park will be located in the Spring Creek neighborhood at 1140 South State Street. Funded mostly through Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and impact fees on new development, this site will provide park and recreation opportunities to an under-served area of Provo.

Franklin Park is one of Provo’s newest parks. The site has many typical features of a neighborhood park and some extras that are new and innovative. Parking at the entrance provides easy access to all park areas, including the group pavilion that can be reserved for events. Near the pavilion are large grass areas, restrooms and a sports themed play structures.
