From the beginning we sold breakfast and pizza. However, our breakfast wasn't American breakfast but breakfast from around the world. Hence 4 Eggs represents the four continents where our breakfast came from. We have learned since we opened that Santa Barbara has come to really love our pho, breakfast from Vietnam. We have come to the conclusion that we agree. Our pho is amazing. Because we all agree we have changed our name to SB Pho.
