Before moving to our new location in June 2001, Joseph’s was located at Concord and State Streets on Saint Paul’s West Side where we spent nearly 15 years building a loyal following of patrons. We worked hard to build a new establishment that was welcoming and comfortable, and believe we have achieved this goal with our new facility. We built our restaurant where our family roots started.
