The Chipper business opened initially in 2004 as a food truck catering to the Irish in the neighborhood but as time went on we realized that we cater to everyone. We had so many people from all walks of life and all nationalities. We loved it. Given the fact that I’m Irish and my husband Mexican. We related to a lot of people.
