At Amunì you'll get the best sourdough pizza you've ever tasted. We use our 15 year old ‘mother dough’, and a slow rise time of at least 24 hours at room temperature to get the typical taste and scent of sourdough. Rather than using artificial yeast, we utilize the natural yeast that is present in the water and whole grain unprocessed flour to make the dough ferment. This results in a very digestible pizza, good for you and your body. On top of that, we import the best ingredients for the toppings of the pizzas, straight from Italy.
