最終入館17:30 休館日:毎月第4火曜日(祝日の場合は翌日休館)※第4月・水が休館の月あり、 年末年始(12月29日~1月3日)及び展示替期間、燻蒸期間等 ホームページ等を確認し、ご来館ください 森鷗外が1922年に亡くなるまでの30年間を過ごした場所で、2階の書斎から品川沖が見えたことから、「観潮楼」と名付けられました。鷗外はここで『青年』や『雁』などの名作を生み出しました。自筆原稿や書簡、観潮楼正門の門柱跡、「三人冗語の石」などが見学できます。カフェも併設。 It is a place where Ogai has spent 30 years till he died in 1922. He named his house “Kanchoro” as he could see the Tokyo Bay from his study on the second floor. Ogai produced masterpieces such as “Seinen (Young Men)” and “Gan (The Wild Geese)”. There are original copies of manuscripts and letters, the remain of the pier of Kanchoro and Sannin-jogo-no-ishi (stone). There is also a cafe next to it.
