Venue description

Situated on Barrack Street (just minutes from the city centre), Tom Barry's is one of Cork's oldest and most historic pubs. Bought by the Dineen family in the 1960s, it was previously known as The Caheragh Bar. The Dineen’s grandson Tom Barry took over the establishment in the 1980s. Tom, for over 30 years, built up the pub to what it is today. He sadly passed away in 2015 and is survived by his partner Aideen O’Sullivan and their children Autumn and Axl Barry. Tom Barry’s is now managed by Donagh Gavin. We would like to extend a warm welcome to all our guests; local, national and international and invite you to call in to our family pub for drinks and/or food and enjoy a most memorable experience with us.
