We opened our doors to the public in June 2008. Our bright, friendly building was planned, designed, and built just for kids! Each of our galleries has been developed around school curriculum with input from children’s museum specialists, educators, and kids themselves. From wet water exploration to fast-paced automotive adventures, we are excited for children birth to 10 years old and their caregivers to explore our hands-on museum. We also have classrooms for field trips, meetings, special events, birthday parties, and more. We are wheelchair accessible and offer many accommodations for people with special needs, like wheelchairs, Noise-reducing headphones, weighted vests, communication helpers, walkers, and more.
