A restaurant, farmers market and food hall in Canterbury, Kent, just next to West station. The restaurant sits on a mezzanine overlooking the market with rustic tables naturally lit with daylight poring in through original Victorian windows by day, and candlelight by the evening. The restaurant is innovating with a ‘seasonal only’ menu that uses the best local ingredients the market has to offer throughout the year, serving beautifully refined, no-frill dishes. Lunch is served from noon and is popular for three courses just a couple of starters. Supper is slightly more formal, served from 6pm as the market is winding down. There is a rustic garden restaurant area outside.
