Located at the iconic namesake address overlooking Washington Square Park, One Fifth is the latest project from Marc Forgione’s Respect Hospitality. One Fifth takes its seasonal cues from the neighboring Union Square Greenmarket and is grounded in a classic New York sensibility, with an Italian accent. The menu consists of a bounty of Italian small plates, house made pastas, Roman inspired pinsa, and a rotating selection of seasonal vegetables. Larger plates are designed for a festive shareable meal regardless of the time of day. The One Fifth wine list contains over 350 selections of some of the most iconic and up and coming Italian and American wine producers. Cocktails are grounded in classics but with an Italian twist.
