Venue description

Schuylkill Banks is the tidal Schuylkill River's trail & greenway, and will eventually run along the entire eight miles of this portion of the river. Three sections of trail currently exist - the Center City portion, which starts/ends at MLK Jr. Drive and Christian Street; the Grays Ferry Crescent, which starts/ends at 34th Street & Grays Ferry Avenue and Wharton Street & Schuylkill Avenue; and Bartram's Mile which starts/ends at about 3700 Grays Ferry Avenue and 56th Street & the Schuylkill River (closest street is Bartram Drive). There are many access points, amenities and points of interest along the 3.5 miles of completed trails. Check out the Schuylkill Banks' website for more information and current trail progress.
