WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT FAMILY BUSINESS. OUR PIZZA IS MADE IN THE NEAPOLITAN ARTISAN WAY BY OUR PROFESSIONAL PIZZAIOLI, WITH DOUGH THAT IS RAISED FOR 36-40 HOURS. THE PIZZAS ARE BAKED IN OUR WOOD-FIRED OVEN AT TEMPERATURES OF 400-500 DEGREES CENTIGRADE FOR NO MORE THAN 90 SECONDS, GIVING A UNIQUE CRUST AND FLAVOUR. AT THE OVEN THE INGREDIENTS WE USE ARE A COMBINATION OF FRESH LOCAL PRODUCE AND EXCELLENT ITALIAN IMPORTED FOODS, SUCH AS THE RENOWNED SAN MARZANO TOMATOES AND FIOR DI LATTE MOZZARELLA.
