Let’s Taco Bout It” opened its doors in February 2016. However, our story began in 1991, when our patriarch, Rafael Jimenez Sr., started offering favorite family recipes to our community in a taco truck. Think of that innovative approach? He was using a food truck BEFORE it was all the rage. Thanks, dad! Thus, Taqueria Jimenez was born. To this day, we operate our parent company in the heart of Reading, Pennsylvania still offering authentic Mexican food almost 30 years later! “Let’s Taco Bout It” is a nod to both our rich Mexican roots and our love of pop culture.
