The Elizabeth and Byron Anderson Sculpture Garden wraps around historic Morrill Hall. Shaded by flowering greenery, footpaths lined with perennials and shrubs take visitors through works of primarily American twentieth and twenty-first century sculpture. The Elizabeth and Byron Anderson Sculpture Garden is given to Iowa State University by Elizabeth Anderson in memory of her husband, Byron. It is a part of the University Museums organization that encompasses two art museums, a National Historic Landmark historic home museum, a sculpture garden, and one of the largest campus public art collections in the nation.
