Ai Tre Scalini è un’antica vineria che nasce nell’800 nel pittoresco Rione Monti, al tempo dell’antica Roma chiamato Suburra. Ufficialmente bottiglieria dal 1895, il locale era probabilmente già presente anche prima su via Panisperna e si trattava di un luogo di evasione e ricreazione, una “fraschetta cittadina” dove monticiani e forastieri venivano a spendere qualche ora lieta accompagnata da un bicchiere di vino, da un piatto casareccio e da qualche stornello.
