2012年に熊本の子飼商店街へ移転。
鮮魚系とは生の魚を調理して
出汁として使用する手法を用いたジャンルの事で、
当店では焼いた鯛の頭と生のマグロの頭を
メインのお出汁にしています。
その他つけ麺、まぜそばなど様々なメニュー展開をしています。
2018年にはミシュランに掲載していただきました。

おススメはらぁめんの残ったスープに
