ザルツとはドイツ語で「塩」という意味です。人間が生命を保つために塩は欠かせないものです。
近年、コーヒーが健康的な生活に役に立つ飲み物として認識されるようになってきました。
私たちはより一層飲みやすく美味しいコーヒー豆を焙煎し、よりたくさんの方々に飲んでいただき、健康的な生活を送って頂きたいと考えました。
コーヒーも塩のように人々の生活に欠かせないものになってほしい。そういう願いを込めてザルツコーヒーロースターズと改名いたしました。
今後とも店名以外は何も変化はありませんが、これからもより一層品質にこだわり、より良いものをお客様に提供、提案してまいります。

ちなみに旧店名のCafeLinz 珈琲屋リンツはオーストリーにある都市名のリンツからとっており、音楽や絵画に包まれた空間で新鮮なコーヒーや手作りケーキをゆったりとした空間で味わって頂きたいという趣旨でした。
