煮干しスープの中華麺が味わえる店。
麺はやわらかめでもちっとしており、量は通常のラーメンの約二倍。初代店主の「一杯でおなかいっぱいになるように。」との思いからである。スープも二倍の麺に対応した調整になっている。味を落とさない為に麺の少な目はできない。その代わり、店内でボトル容器(130円)を購入し残ったスープを持ち帰ることができる。
23席（カウンター13席、テーブル10席）で老若男女問わずにぎわっている。近年海外からのお客様の来店も増え英語表記のメニューに対応している。
