休園:12月29日~1月1日 無料入園日:都民の日、みどりの日 小石川後楽園と並ぶ、江戸の二大庭園の1つ。五代将軍・綱吉の側用人、柳澤吉保がこの地を賜り、美しく造成した庭園を持つ下屋敷を造りました。園名は『詩経』の六義から名づけられました。桂離宮の庭園の様式を採用した回遊式築山泉水庭園で、特別名勝に指定されています。 Along with Koishikawa Korakuen, this is one of the two great Edo gardens. Yoshiyasu Yanagisawa, a close aide of the fifth Shogun Tsunayoshi, constructed a townhouse which has a beautifully developed garden in the field that he received. The garden was named after Rikugi of “Shikyo” (poetry).
