Established in 1980. It was 1977 when Chuck Woodstock opened the first Woodstock's Pizza near Oregon State in Corvallis, Oregon. His goal was to create a fun, student oriented pizzeria that dished up amazing pies using his grandmother's marinara recipe. From the beginning he focused on fresh, hand-tossed dough with a unique folded-over crust with sauce inside. Central Coast Brewing, and independent and family owned small-batch brewery serving the Central Coast for almost 25 years. Central Coast Brewing opened in 1998 on Monterey Street in beautiful, San Luis Obispo. We added a new, larger location in 2018 on Higuera Street. Each location has it's own unique charm. The Higuera location is open 7-days a week, with a full food menu and lots of indoor and outdoor space.
