Authentic wood fired Pizza Napoletana star of the show using best ingredients possible: Caputo “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano tomatoes grown on the slopes of Vesuvius, beautiful fresh Mozzarella locally made with love. The dough is slow fermented for 2 days to add lightness and flavour and then hand shaped and fired in our wood fired oven for 90 seconds at 420 degrees.
